Smith Realtors offer homes, villas and condominiums, both WATERFRONT or NEAR WATER, on the fairway of a GOLF COURSE or in TOWN. Our large selection varies from island charmers with that rustic feeling to modern homes and resort condo showplaces. Smith Realtors take pride that its properties are clean, comfortable, well maintained and equipped to provide a wonderful vacation experience.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:

Once you have found your perfect vacation rental, either through our inter-active web site, telephone conversation or mail, you will be sent a Lease Contract Agreement with the terms and conditions of the lease, along with a payment schedule. One copy has to be signed and returned to us with a security deposit check. This deposit will be placed into our escrow account, and a reservation number will be issued and mailed to you with a payment statement.
Rental fees are due in full 90 days prior your arrival the latest. All security deposits will be refunded 15 days after check-out the latest.
Upon your arrival, Smith Realtors will do its best to ensure that you have a pleasant stay and will be available should you need any assistance.

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

Seasonal rates are from December 15 to April include. Off-season rates are available for May to December 14th. Smith Realtors vacation rentals are completely furnished with all necessities including bed linens and towels. Cleaning is normally scheduled for after your departure.

Sorry! pets are not allow in the units unless acceptance by the owners.

All properties are non-smoking. In any event, smoking should be limited to the patio or balcony for safety. In the event of any problems our management staff is close by and will be happy to assist you.

Smith Realtors take reservations up to 1 year in advance.

Check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is 10:00AM.

PRICE:
